Does Anthem cover NIPT test?

I called this morning and have no patience so while I wait I want to hear if others were covered/how much it cost?

Mine wasn't covered by insurance. I think they sent me a bill for $900. Even though they told me it wouldn't be more than $300 in the doctor's office if insurance didn't cover it. 
I clicked on the financial assistance page and put in my income to see if it would be lowered. It immediately lowered to $99.

Humana covered mine even though I never ordered it. My clinic just handled me the box and told me to take it to the lab, so I did.

Ive had 3 different insurances 3 different pregnancies and all have been covered for nipt though at differnt amounts. Cheapest was $125 and most expensive was $350 when I had UnitedHealthcare because they are the literal worst company in the usa and thats saying a lot
