Pregnancy hormones 😩😩😩

Anyone else dealing with super moodiness? I’m in the 3rd trimester now, and I THOUGHT my moodiness leveled out, APPARENTLY NOT. I feel like I’m in a state of permanent PMS and I HATE IT. I don’t know how to get myself to chill out 😭😭😭 I’m so impatient & easily irritated & I’m not usually like this, and the fact that I am being like this, is only upsetting me further and making it worse. I’m trying to keep myself busy today, and have everyone out of the house, but that’s only *sort of* working, plus idk how long this is going to last. What can I do to get myself to CHILL? Feeling like some kind of rage monster is not fun 😭
