Is it a miscarriage?

Could this be an early miscarriage?
I was taking a medicine to delay my period as I was on a vacation, and then while I was taking it I started spotting so I stopped it the day after and then I started bleeding heavily and now this. Could I have been pregnant and this is a miscarriage?

That’s endometrium tissue. I’d assume this could be more common if we interfere with a natural process…

I believe you have passed a Descudual cast (definitly spelt that wrong) i had the exact same thing happen to me the first period I had after taking continuous birth control pill for 2 months instead of one! Doesn’t look like miscarriage tissue !

Unless you have a positive pregnancy test there is no reason to believe this is a miscarriage. It looks like uterine lining coming out in one bigger piece.
