I've had these bumps on my elbows for almost 2 years now they get super red in the summer. My doctor said multiple times that its probably ringworm but its not ive tried the creams he has given and they dont work. They dont really bother me much they aren't itchy and they dont spread to other areas or other people. Its almost like a cricle of bumps with a few rouge ones around it. Its hot out and i get uncomfortable with how they look when i wear short sleeves or dresses i just want them to go away
