Ovulation?

Hello. This was my first attempt at BBT. Does it conform that I ovulated? If so, which day? Thanks!

I can’t say that you have ovulating. You need to temp from the start of your period day one. This can easily be after the ovulation or before it to let your body ovulates. I have my thermometer on my night stand and measure the moment my eyes open. That way you can pinpoint your ovulation and see if you have conceived if it implants and if you are pregnant, or you see that you didn’t conceived and will get your period. Ttc is hard so stay kind for yourself. Just measure a bit more frequently and you find your ovulation in no time. Maybe it was your ovulation you know your body.

You wont be able to confirm ovulation this cycle with the missing temps. Next cycle make sure to be temping from cd1 every morning at the same time after at least three hours of consecutive sleep.
