Since it is a semi-natural FET, they are using the femera to grow a dominate follicle and the ovidril to trigger ovulation.  Essentially they are forcing you to grow and ovulate an egg and then, at the time (if you were to get pregnant naturally) you’d have an embryo implanting into you, they’re doing your transfer.  Obviously that is a bit of an oversimplification and not necessarily how it would be described scientifically but I hope it helps.

Answer

The transfer will be several days after you ovulate.  So, if you have an embryo that was frozen on day 5 your transfer will be 5 days after you ovulate which will be 6-7 days after you trigger.
