My 14 year old has very atypical behavior. He's very awkward and in his own world and also EXTREMELY trsutint of everyone. It's why he over shares so much and no matter how many times I've tried to instill in him that some people are dangerous he believes no one would ever hurt him and will get in the car with a stranger. He wants to walk to school by himself this year because all his friends do. My husband says he's a boy and a pretty tall boy so the chances of anything happening to him are close to 0. He says we should let him. I'm not so sure
