Any answer would be appreciated

So my doctor told me i have a yeast infection and i was prescribed diflucan a pill to take. There may be a chance im pregnant but its still to early to test. Would it hurt anything if i took the medicine? This was my regular pcp not an obgyn that prescribed the meds! Thanks in advance.
