I had a period on 7/15, then from 7/21 until 7/29 I had spotting that started out brown and turned into a second full blown period by 7/30. I’m shocked b/c this has never happened. I also did not get a positive LH and that’s another first. I also had very sore nipples for a whole month prior, which has never happened. All HCG tests negative too.

So…I’m devastated because I’m 85% sure I’m headed for menopause now. 😢 Anyone else have this happen, then go back to normal? From what I read, it could be estrogen dominance or a thyroid issue, but all related to perimenopause.
