Over the weekend fair, this couple with 3 toddlers were there and hubby and I made casual conversation with the husband. The mom approached me a little later as we were sitting across from each other and said she’s leaving but would love to exchange numbers and get together seeing as we are in similar situations. So a couple days later she contacts me and she asked if we should go out one evening for drinks when kids are asleep or come over. I suggested to get together next week for drinks, she said she already got plans on that particular day, then asked how about the week after. It’s been a couple of days of her not responding. She had already updated her txt profile so it’s not like she hasn’t had time. Find it rude not to respond. Cause we all are busy and trying to plan ahead. I really don’t get people sometimes.
