So me and my husband are divorcing and we been separated over a year now . He left a year ago to move to Pennsylvania while I still live in our home state of NC . We have one daughter . I was initially supposed to move with him but the living arrangement was not okay. But Long story short I thought we could work it out this summer. He doesn’t have his own house but live with in his brother house with other roommates . His parents moved up here as well 🫠. Anyway we staying at his parents house . I came along with our daughter to visit him. Last week his mother and I got into a really bad argument . Mind you when we live in NC we alllll were living together and it was horrible . They don’t let us parent and just disrespectful. His dad and I got into it when he left driving trucks over the road . I left took my daughter went back to my parents . Anyway, fast forward today I want to go back home . I have a job training on Monday . He claims he can’t take us until Monday morning . I have to be at this training Monday morning at 8:30 am. I came down with my daughter and when I leave she’s going back with me . Mind you he works every single day 430sm -4pm . He hadn’t really spent any time with her . He literally is coming down Monday anyway . So if I take our daughter back 2 days earlier truly how is it a problem. So I’m calling the police for an escort out this house so he don’t try anything . We have no legal papers of custody. Other than we don’t live here. So with my situation what’s my chances of custody … let me be clear I’m not trying to keep my daughter away from her father . But I do take care of her day in and day out and work but with him it’s excuses that he work all day but somehow he can’t parent so .. I’m just wondering what should I do
