Update from bleeding

So after bleeding yesterday and today at 6 weeks and 6 days, I had a scan to check everything, the scan showed an empty sack and they said I was around 3 weeks, has anyone had any experience of this with a positive outcome? I’m going back next week for another scan, but not feeling very positive 😔
