Looks like ringworm to me. Apply Lotrimin and follow the directions on the package. Make sure you use it for the entire time that the package says otherwise it will come back. You may want to see a dermatologist in case it's a spot of eczema or something, but the perfect circular shape of it Indicates ringworm. ￼
