Birth control patches

I’ve been on the patch for a couple weeks and am about to have my third period with them. Ever since starting the patches I’ve been nauseous for at least 70% of my day. I throw up a couple times around a day after changing them on my patch day. I’m starting to think this isn’t the best choice for me. Will the symptoms go away? Also my periods are a lot more severe on bc as well. Any advice?
