Miscarriage or uterine lining? Please help

I had a suspicion I was pregnant but didn’t think anything of it when my pms symptoms came right on time. But today I got a huge cramp (not like my normal period cramps) and then I went to the bathroom a bit later and saw a big tissue-ie thing in my underwear. The photos are gross, I know but I am very concerned.

This could be your uterine lining, you should go to doctor asap.

Looks like decidual cast. Just a larger intact piece of your uterine lining (normal with periods, even if you haven't experienced it before.) 
(With both of my miscarriages I didn't have uterine lining come out like this. I did have giant fist sized clots though.) Did you take any pregnancy tests?
