How can i lose weight fast?😤😣😣😭

My health has been crappy lately.. and sleeping schedule and i need to lose weight but idk why this weiggt has been sticking onto me since 2022... when i gave birth to my last baby.. my stomache, arms upperbody is fat..: i need to get rid of it. Im also on birth control so this birth control makes u thick i guesss but im not even eating that much lately so idk why im still fat

If you’re not eating enough that can actually cause fat storage because your body goes into starvation mode . You have to eat the right foods and the right amount as well.,Along with exercising . It’s not suggested to lose weight fast as it’s more likely to stay off if you lose it at a slower pace . Make sure you’re eating enough to be full but not too much you feel stuffed. Drink lots of water, don’t eat as much sugar or processed foods , more greens and protein .

Losing weight is a slow process. Watch your saturated fats and eat Whole Foods. Work out and drink a lot of water.

Losing weight fast is not the answer, it will leave you with loose skin and the weight will come back just as fast. Diet is key, stop sugar and processed foods completely. Exercise is the other thing, even 20 minutes a day of intense workout. You can find loads of workouts on YouTube 😊
