If you’re not eating enough that can actually cause fat storage because your body goes into starvation mode . You have to eat the right foods and the right amount as well.,Along with exercising . It’s not suggested to lose weight fast as it’s more likely to stay off if you lose it at a slower pace . Make sure you’re eating enough to be full but not too much you feel stuffed. Drink lots of water, don’t eat as much sugar or processed foods , more greens and protein .

My health has been crappy lately.. and sleeping schedule and i need to lose weight but idk why this weiggt has been sticking onto me since 2022... when i gave birth to my last baby.. my stomache, arms upperbody is fat..: i need to get rid of it. Im also on birth control so this birth control makes u thick i guesss but im not even eating that much lately so idk why im still fat
