If im pregnant with the nexplanon? What do i do?

I think i am pregnant like 99 % pregnant because i missed my period, i am extremely nauseous.. im tired... idk why i would be pregnant though because i have this birth control.. i was going to take it out next year too.. but i guess birth control doesnt work then.. im going to test today and see if i am .. but i feel like im 99 % pregnant because i felt like this with my 2 pregnancies my daughter and my son... 😳 im just shocked and confused i wasnt planning this at all i thought i was safe and didnt  want anymore kids til couple more  years.

Well, technically, there is always a slim chance since nothing except abstinence is exactly 100% effective. That being said, Nexplanon is one of most effective methods & as close to that as u can get with being 99.9% effective. And, the symptoms u listed, including the missing period, are all normal/common side effects of Nexplanon & they can happen randomly at anytime even if u have never experienced them before. I’m on my 4th Nexplanon implant & there have been a few times, including just recently, where I’ve been psyched out by the symptoms/side & every test I’ve ever taken while having nexplanon has been negative & accurate. So, test to be sure, but it’s entirely possible & most likely that ur just experiencing normal side effects of the Nexplanon.
