I’m 11 days post ovulation I’ve been getting positive ovulation test for the last 48 hours. I took a pregnancy test and this is what it looks like ￼￼

Unfortunately LH cannot determine pregnancy. It isn't uncommon to have an LH surge (or a positive LH test), before your period. 
The test looks negative to me, but test again in a couple days!!
