What is this?

This is on my inner thigh close to my right lip, two small lumps actually. I tend to have a lot of ingrown hairs down there from sugar waxing but I usually pick it out and treat the area with aloe vera. So far this doesn't even look like a hair or it's deep af. I've had this for 2 months probably and only little goo came out once. I don't even know which doctor to contact about this.
