Spotting for 5 days

My period is due on Wednesday today is my 5th day spotting with cramps. And my cramps feel like I’m on my period, the only thing different is my lower back is hurting a bit as well. And my spotting is pink or brown. Not even enough to get on panty liner just when I wipe. All my test have been bfn so far. Oh and spotting that long isn’t normal for me I usually spot the day of my period sometimes the day before. Anyone else experience this and ended up being pregnant?
