Not enough pee on test?

Feels so silly to ask but is it possible to get a negative on a test if there isn’t enough pee? I had 1 test and was 3 days late yesterday. My child decided to get into some mess so I quickly tried adding some drops of pee on the test with the dropper but I don’t think it was even 2 whole drops. I ran off to deal with my daughter and when I came back 2 mins later the test only showed the control line. At the 3 minute it was the same. I’m fine with a negative but I feel like it wasn’t enough pee to be accurate.

Idk if this matters but I’m also on antibiotics for a uti that came out of nowhere.
