Bad test?

This is definitely a bad test right? I'm not saying I'm pregnant or anything I just want to know if anyone has had this happen with test strips.

Looks like the test line is as negative as can be to me. These tests have not been the best lately though. I bought a pack and they are so inconsistent with the lines & even up to 9 weeks pregnant (and confirmed viable and healthy) not one solid dark test line. I've heard the Easy@home are cheaper and more sensitive. Never tried them though.
