Think i might have panic attack
Due to some family drama that will need to be resolved in future and my brain started making some scenarios so I could prepare my self I got this feeling I can’t breath like someone is holding my chest and throat I’m getting dizzy trembling
This is first time happening
Any idea how to stop it
I’m home by my self so I can’t call anyone
