So my period is 3days late

A few days after my ovulation day I had brown spotting .. could that be implantation bleeding it just lasted a couple hrs then it was gone . Now I’m here period late light cramps I took a test but on camera it doesn’t show the very very light faint line . I’m currently taking doxycycline and paranoid now that I seen that line my sister can see it too so I don’t have line eyes

Should I wait a week or two to test again ? I’m very stressed 😫
