Will an Ovulation test be positive if your pregnant ?

I’ve heard the rumor and now I’m late, and only have ovulation tests at home. Has anyone ever tried this and what were the results, and was it accurate?!

Thanks everyone, I’m hoping I start any minute now, I’m on day 37, nursing a 15 month old still, periods run little longer about 28-31 days, I live 30 mins from the closest store and work from home, so I was trying to conserve my resources and use what I had on hand 😆 and we were done having kiddos after this last one. So I’m freaking out a little bc I have that feeling that I am pregnant, but I’m hoping it’s just me being paranoid.

No lol when i got my positive pregnancy test i had left over LH strips so i said id test the theory , the LH test was negative
