My bf of five years is of a different culture than I am, and his birthday is coming up. I love to bake and he loves when I bake for him. I was gonna bake a dessert that is completely out of my expertise and within his culture. I found an easy recipe but I was thinking of maybe texting his mom to ask her for her advice? Idk if it’s weird to do??? Or would she think it’s sweet? What do y’all think?
