Pregnant with Antiphospholipid Syndrome(APS)

I'm pregnant! I've had 2 mmc's and a stillborn in '21. After some testing after the loss of my son I found out I had a blood clotting disorder (APS) that was most likely the cause of my reoccurring losses. So my regular ob told me when I was diagnosed to take baby aspirin and progesterone and then as soon as I got my BFP to come in to start an injection of an anticoagulant. So I got my BFP this past weekend after I kept getting positive opks. I usually don't start ovulating until around day 21 and start testing around day 17. Well I kept getting negatives until day 28 which made me think I was ovulating a week later. After I continued to keep getting positives and had really, really tender boobs I took a test. Well back to today, I went in for my appointment which they scheduled me immediately because I'm so high risk. I saw a new doctor that is only going to be in the office for a few months. She told me that I would have to wait to get the medication until the end of next week when they give me an ultrasound to try and find a heartbeat and then told me that I would have to come in and be taught how to give the injections. When I went to the check-out desk, the paper the doctor gave me said to be scheduled out 3 weeks. I went back and asked the nurse and she told me that if I'm far enough along when they do the ultrasound and they can see a heartbeat to call them back? Idk what I should do. My regular ob was very specific about starting those meds ASAP since I lost my second pregnancy in the middle of the 5th week. What would you ladies do? Should I get a second opinion or wait it out?
