I’m sorry I need to vent, We currently have a 4 yo, 16 month old and I’m due September 18th with our third boy(this pregnancy has sucked and I haven’t enjoyed it at all as I’ve been has pelvic/hip pain most days), I’ve had all my kids via c-section(and will with the third)husband wants to try for a 4th in a couple years, he hopes for a girl(as do I, but I’m also content with the 3 boys we will have soon) I dont think I want anymore kids as im not sure if I can do another c-section or even if its safe to have 3+ c-sections, on top of it I’m the stay at home parent and do all the chores around the house while he works, I’ve asked about him getting a vasectomy as I felt like I’m done having kids and don’t think I could handle another one, but he flat out refused because he hates doctors and told me it’s not right to make him get a vasectomy when he isn’t done having kids yet because he wants a 4th(we originally agreed on two kids but the third was a surprise IUD fail)we live in a 3 bedroom house which a 4th would really crunch us on bedroom space unless we add an addition onto the house which I feel like is way out of price range and requires a lot of work. I definitely thought about getting my tubes tied but he really doesn’t want me to do that as it would prevent us from having a 4th, I also don’t want to go on any hormonal birth control as I’m breastfeeding again and I’m scared the IUD will fail again so I feel like getting my tubes tied is the be the best option :/
