I need some advice

I had a pap smear like 3 weeks ago, just got a call saying they found some abnormal cells that point to HPV but I have to go back in for a follow-up. I went and got std/sti tested about 2 weeks ago, got that call and they said i was clean. Should I be worried, what does the adnormal cells mean?
