Advice for healthy weight during 2nd pregnancy

My first pregnancy I gained 45 pounds and was only able to lose 20 of that before I got pregnant again. I’m really anxious going into this pregnancy in fear I’ll gain the same amount if not more. I’ve been going to the gym the week before I found out I was pregnancy, and am still going. I am doing 20-30 min of cardio and 20-30 min of weights. Other than doing that 3-5 times a week and just eating clean does anyone have any other advice to help keep extra weight off while pregnant?
