Jealous friend?

Ok have any of you ladies had a friend that seemed jealous of you in a nonchalant way? If so, how did they act? I can’t figure out if this is a me problem, if I have the issue or what.

Yes, absolutely. I have this one friend who says weird backhanded things like… She was talking about one of our former guy friends and this particular guy had a huge crush on me at one point. We were talking about him and she said, "he is only attracted to stupid women". 😂 She also just loves to point out any flaws she might perceive about me. My hair is frizzy, my hair is so thin, I am so quiet, I don't open up enough even though she knows everything about me we've known each other 25 years lol, etc... she has even told me that she doesn't like introducing people she dates to me right away because she thinks they will fall in love with me and not want to be with her. So yeah, she has straight up told me that she's jealous in not so many words. ￼

Yes. She’d say things like “oh yeah your degree oh actually never mind you never got a degree I mean a high school diploma!” While laughing. 
another instance is whenever I’d get ready to go out with her she would never compliment me. When our other acquaintances would make fun of me she would be the only one laughing and joining in while other friends didn’t laugh at all. It’s very telling over time!
