I went to a hair salon I asked for a copper red color so the stylist lightened my hair and colored it but the blonde didn’t grab the color and my hair was already melting. She wanted to dye it again but I was already panicking because it was damaged so I told her I would come back a week later so she can fix it. I came back she dyed it copper again but the blonde did not grab the color again!!!! I went home she even cut it shorter to remove the damaged hair and I was doing my own research and apparently she was supposed to add a filler to the blonde 😭😭 how did she not know this when she’s supposed to be a professional!!!! I paid 150$

Any tips on how to fix this? I can’t pay again I’m broke the only thing I can do is buy a dye from the drug store
