What could my discharge mean?
*TMI: Photo of Discharge on Finger*
I don't know what this could mean. My discharge is thick, white, and clumps easily. I have no other symptoms. Not itchy, no burning, no pain during sex, maybe a slight odor but it seems pretty normal vaginal odor to me. I've had this since maybe the beginning of May, which would be about 3 months ago? My discharge has been mostly consistent throughout the months, sometimes more or less in volume, but typically it is this same type of thick clumpy discharge that rolls in a ball easily when rubbed between my fingers. My period is also consistent since I am on birth control pills. I am sexually active with only one partner for the past year, and he usually ejaculates inside of me. I got checked at the end of May for a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, and a whole panel of STD's– everything was negative. They said it could just be due to hormones and my cycle.
Not sure what I should do at this point. After the negative tests, I thought maybe this is just a blip in my cycle and it would go back to normal. But it has been almost 4 months with no change. Should I go back and get retested for everything? This is seriously starting to affect my sex life– I can't enjoy being in bed as much anymore because I'm too embarrassed. I don't want him to go down on me. When he fingers me, a bunch of clumps are left on his fingers. When he penetrates me, it leaves a sticky white residue on his area, and I can feel my clumps on our bed sheets. I hate it! What could this be??? 😔
