Weight gain grief???
Hey guys.
So, I've gained weight. Like, A LOT of weight. So much weight that I gave myself PCOS. But that's not the issue.
I started dieting and eating better about two months ago and lost 2.5kgs, and was so happy. Then I got a new job and started feeling more stressed and not eating as well as I did and, well... All my hard work went down the drain.
I gained it all back and then some.
Now I look at myself in the mirror and I feel so disgusted.
How do you guys deal with weight gain grief? Because I'm really struggling right now...
