I got my mirena out july 11th started my period the 12th i tracked my ovulation and had sex on my fertile days and the day i ovulated ai was supposed to start my period yesterday I’ve been nauseous sore breast back pain and have thrown up and emotional and sensitive to smells i took a test this morning and it was negative with my oldest i found out before my missed period with my second i was 4 days late when i found we are trying for our third my question is could i still be pregnant or should i not get my hopes up im normally extremely fertile
