HELP ⚠️
Need some ways to handle quitting alcohol. It’s been 2 months since I’ve had a drink, I don’t crave it & don’t really experience withdrawals. I also been drinking a lot of hot, chamomile tea so, maybe someone out there can’t give me some tips. It’ll be greatly appreciated 😊😊
