I’m 29 years old and been trying to conceive for almost two years. Got miscarriage last year (January 13, 2023) at 6 weeks.

Last week (August 3, 2024), my husband and I were so happy to finally see a positive pregnancy test again. I had hormone test (progesterone, bhcg and bhcg dilution levels) and transvaginal ultrasound on the same day. My OBGYN confirmed my pregnancy at 5 weeks and 5 days (if LMP 10 weeks and 3 days), gestational sac at 0.97cm, progesterone level at 10. However, no yolk sac, no embryo, no cardiac activity yet. I was also injected with Proluton IM and taking Duphaston and suppository Heragest 3x a day to help me prevent miscarriage and visit to doctors again after 7 days for monitoring of progesterone level, yolk sac, embryo and cardiac activity of our baby.

Today after 7 weeks (August 10, 2024), my transvaginal ultrasound says that I’m 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, progesterone level at 15, and gestational sac at 1.427 cm However, still no yolk sac, no embryo and no cardiac activity. 🥺 Again, I was injected with Proluton IM and advised to continue taking Duphaston and Heragest. We will come back after 7 days for the last time to confirm if I have anembryonic pregnancy.

My OBGYN told me that I have 50/50 chance to succeed with this pregnancy. I’m really scared but still hoping for the best. Please include us in your prayers, ladies. We really need this. 🥺
