I have very regular cycles, always get clear lh rises, confirmed ovulations, the works. Each month when I ovulate I always have pretty severe ovulation cramps on the side I’m ovulating from. On Thursday I got my lh rise and yesterday was peak lh along with ovulation cramping. The difference is that this is the first month I’ve felt the cramping on both ovaries instead of just one. Do we think it’s possible that I could’ve ovulated from both ovaries this month??

I’m over a year of TTC with unexplained infertility, so I’m kinda hoping maybe I did because it could increase my chances of at least one of them going the distance
