Anyone else experiencing lower back pain and cramping? This is my 3rd pregnancy I’m 4 weeks and 3 days.

I’m 4 weeks, second pregnancy (first was 17.5 years ago, so it almost feels like the first) and I’ve been having the same thing. I’m not actually late for my period yet and I’m almost 38 so I’m extremely nervous. I’ve taken 8 tests and all were positive but I’ll feel so much better after we see the Dr 9/11.
