Philadelphia to Charleston. Drive 10 hours for about $100 per person or fly less than 2 hours for about $450 per person.

Are you meeting family/friends that live there or will you have to rent a car on top of the cost of the ticket?

It's 10 hours 1 way so really 20 hours round trip. I would be flying cuz I dont have time or energy for that, I would be too exhausted to enjoy the visit. I would only do that drive if I was moving or going for an extended period eg a roadtrip for 2-3 weeks.

Depends on the length of the trip. If you’re going for a few days, I’d fly. But if you’re doing a week, I’d drive.
