vulva pain

2 months ago i felt pain and itchiness. i thought it maybe was a yeast infection. i went to the doctor and he said it’s nothing but the discomfort didn’t go away. i have diagnosed with yeast infection after a lot of tests and a lot of doctors 20 days ago. i am not done with my medication but feel pain and burning in my clit and urethra. i can’t explain it but it doesn’t feel like a yeast infection i don’t even have itchiness inside and outside the vagina anymore. i can’t stand it anymore . there is a lot of discomfort and burning and i feel like my urethra is pulsing (i have been tested for a uti and it was negative) I don’t know what to do anymore i have been in so many doctors and i had so many medications. none believes that it is something different. has anybody had something like this?
