Im almost 4 months post C section and My first period was super normal and i got it 6 weeks post partum. After My first period i have had constant cramping and pain all the time. Also every time i got My period i had very dark discharge At the begining ( not normal for me at all) At first i tought that it was because of the c section birth but i was wrong. About 5 days ago i had to go to emergency room because of severe pelvic pain and they did a pelvic sonogram. The ER doctor told me that i had a Submucosal Fibroid in the uterine cavity. The official sonogram report said that i have a "lession" in the endometrium that measures 0.6 cm, and My endometrium measures 1 cm .Now 3 days ago i just got my "period" just in time but i just been having light black/ brown spotting discharge. No red or pink blood. For me this is not normal and i'm extremely worried. I have a appointment with my obgyn on friday but i'm so worried because he is the kind of doctor to brush things off real easy. He is the kind of doctor that because the lesion is "small" he would just leave it there, and im having so much pain and i also i will like to ttc again on the near future.I hope that is not the case once i have My appointment on friday.

Have anyone have had a Submucosal Fibroid? And what was your experience? Also any advice will be apreciated!
