i just had sex, and right after he was done i started getting the absolute worst cramps of my life.. it hurts so so bad i can't stop crying it's even slightly affecting my breathing like a sharpness, over the 10 mins i've taken to write this its less awful??? i guess??? it still fucking hurts alot tho

also when i googled it it said it could be a lot of things like depending on where i'm at in my cycle my cervix could hang low (whatever that means ??) like if he went too deep and hit it which ig is possible but him hitting it has never hurt before

or my period. it even said it could be pregnancy but i just highly doubt as i took a test when i first missed my period and bc of my irregular ass cycle

for background, my period has always been irregular, sometimes for 6-8 months at a time it will be regular but there's phases like this where it just goes missing. my period has been missing for 2 months, and it's pretty irregular especially in the past few months because of chronic stress. but i usually get really awful cramps before my period like this. there's no blood that i see rn but holy shit it hurts so bad. i've been sexually active for years and i have never experienced this. tia glow community <3 i miss her:( 🩸
