Is it possible to have bleeding and not have a miscarriage??

Hi! So I am 12 weeks today and when I woke up had bleeding (full pad amount) and a clot. Ran to the ER to find out the fetus still had a heart beat and was fine. I want to ask if anyone has ever experienced something like this in pregnancy and still carried to full term? I am so scared what’s going to happen next 😭

Yes. I bled for over half my pregnancy and baby was fine

I had heavy bleeding at 12 weeks and was so scared and went to ER and they check and the baby was fine and still going strong now at 32 weeks

I bled from 6 weeks -16 weeks. Somstimes very heavily. It wasnt like thick blood though like a period is for me. It was like watery. But still bright red. But it was a sch.

Yes. I had a SC bleed wi the my last pregnancy and an internal hemorrhoid that caused bleeding.
