Inaccurate BBT
My BBT this morning was raised a lot but I have only got my peak/positive ovulation test today, it was very hot last night and I was hot and sticky when my bbt alarm went off this morning, will that effect the accuracy of my BBT? Going by my ovulation test I wouldnt expect a temp rise until tomorrow/Thursday? Obv with it being hot it no surprise my natural resting body temp was higher than usual.
