ive had 2 yeast infections in one month what could be causing this? i plan on bringing it up at my appointment this month( both infections were tested for and prescribed medication from my doctor)

I clean down there with unscented baby soap, i dont wear tight undies i wear (“granny panties” a majority of the time) and i always wipe front to back and use unscented baby wipes when i have a bowel movement, so im so confused ive always been prone to them but not two in one month
