Are these early pregnancy symptoms?

The day and day before yesterday I saw transparent jelly like a discharge day before yesterday yesterday I had just 30 min abdominal pain at eve and yesterday is expected period date.

Since yesterday morning I feel vomiting but yesterday night only I vomited

Since the day before yesterday I have had a severe cold

I have nose blocking, throat drying and lips drying

I saw brown discharge 3 times in a day. At this night I saw blood in my urine only. May be spotting mixed with urine

Is this early pregnancy symptoms
