Hi! Went into preterm labour at 25 weeks and lost her three days after. I’m wondering when is an ideal time to attempt to start trying again and what is recommended to help with the process.

Also, I was wondering if any mamas had premies and went on to have full-term pregnancies and what they did to help. I also wondered if anyone went on to have multiples and how that impacted their situation
