Umbilical hernia repair with mesh and pregnant!

Hey mamas, after my fourth child, I got the surgery to repair my umbilical hernia with mesh and I was told not to get pregnant again. I had no intention obviously of getting pregnant again, but I definitely did. My OB/GYN said that I’m not the first mom that has gotten pregnant after the surgery. But my question is what was other experiences like for you guys that have been through this? My stomach definitely feels different like I’m getting more bloated higher up than lower if that makes sense. And I just feel different. I’m almost 16 weeks and this is my fifth baby.
