How long did it take you to have a successful pregnancy and healthy baby?

My husband and I have been ttc for 4 years. We had a ectopic in Dec 2020 and never happen again, all I get is faint line and then back to negative and then bleeding. How did you manage and what are the goodies you used to get pregnant?

I had a MC in July last year after trying for 5 months, then it took another 9 months after that and I’m currently 24w with a little boy. It was absolutely brutal; I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. 
We were actually in the middle of fertility testing when I got pregnant. I have been taking pregnacare prenatal vitamins for about 2 years - I tried some more expensive ones and myoinisitol but I couldn’t say with any real confidence it helped. I also used to have this green powder to balance hormones everyday; it could be coincidence but I got pregnant after I stopped taking all that stuff.

I have gave birth to 4 kids but ever since my 4th child passed from SIDS in 2016 I had ectopic and then 2020 I had another ectopic and never got pregnant ever since. And I want another baby!
